protein -> acne?

Correctly digested and absorbed protein will never break you out. Partially digested protein (from protein overdose, or low HCL, etc.) serves as food for bad bacteria in the small intestine, which leads to low level toxicity, inflammation, malaise, bloating, gas, impaired villi, and ACNE, among other things.

watch out for animals injected with antibiotics. it will kill all the bacteria good/bad.... may wanna try some probiotics and fermented foods. sauer kraut and miso (may be high in sodium get more potassium in your diet if so), kefir, yoghurt.
