Concealer flaky-ness

Recommended Posts

When ever I put concealer on (like the kind thats in a stick form) after I moisturize it always kinda balls up and gets flaky. Whats going on? and how can I prevent it?

you could try a different concealer - the one I use is by The Body Shop - the tea tree oil one. I don't think its comedogenic, but it seems more oily than others and blends better.

TiredofitAll: How long do you wait after putting your moisturizer on to apply the concealer? Do you put it on right away? If so, maybe you could try waiting a bit longer as it doesn't sound like it's wanting to stay on.

If that doesn't work then I would probably opt for a different concealer.

I agree with oursfan, I try to wait 5-15 minutes after applying my moisturizer before applying foundation/concealer. Also, I use Dermablend as a concealer. really great stuff, covers up anything! Lots of luck to you :)
