Any Of This Gonna Affect?

I'm starting a new diet for bodybuilding. This diet has nothing to do with acne but I was wondering if any of these foods are bound to aggravate my skin.

Protein:

Tuna

Chicken

Salmon

Beef

Eggs or Egg whites

Semi-skimmed milk

Turkey

and etc.

Complex carbs:

Oats/Steel cut oats

Sweet potatoes

Brown Rice

Pasta

100% Whole Wheat Bread

Potatoes (whites or reds)

Kidney beans

And etc.

Fats:

Almonds

Walnuts

Fishoils

Codliver oils

Olive oil

and etc.

Fibre:

Lettuces

Tomatoes

Cucumbers

Veggies

and etc.

Looks like a good diet to me. It's close to some that people follow as an 'acne diet.' If you really stick to what you've posted, and avoid sugar, dairy, keep all processed to a very minimum, there is a good chance you'll see your acne improve. Unless you're specifically sensitive/allergic to any of those things, they should not aggrevate acne. Good luck.

Yeah looks cool to me. If your not allergic to grains..

Maybe add some raisins/seeds? good snack!
