can you workout and exercise on tane?...i mean is it safe to?..or are you more vulnerable to injury?..the only thing i really workout is my arms and chest....and i also run sometimes..is this ok? any help appreciated

Yeah will be fine, I exercised still while on tane without problems.

I sometimes had a bit of pain around my back, but it was minor and I helped off on the heavier excercises.

As always though, get a doctors opionion when you see him to pickup your prescription etc.

You are more vulnerable to injury, and your recovery time will be slowed, so watch out for overtraining. You may not be able to comfortably lift as heavy as you are accustomed to, especially if you are experiencing and joint or muscle pain side effects, so lift lighter if you need to. Don't risk injury.

i tried jogging while i was on tane, bad idea. it increased my soreness and stiffness 10 fold. i mean if u dont get really sore i would say go ahead
