I wouldn't really moisturize a lot unless the BP made your skin really dry. In my experience, my back has plenty of moisture!

I had bacne for probably about seven years, some times were worse than others, but I was never really clear. I thought about using the regimen on my back, but it was too much of a hassle.

So, I started paying attention to all of the external factors that I might be able to change. When I shower, I have always washed my hair, conditioned it, and left the conditioner in while I washed my body. After that, I would rinse out my hair. Well, I realized that that probably left a residue of conditioner on my back, even though I rinsed it with water. #-o

Upon this revelation, I stopped doing that, and my back is almost always clear now. I get the odd pimple here and there, but I just use BP on any pimples and they go away quickly.

All that to say, I think the regimen is a great idea, but check and make sure you wash your back after you condition your hair! :)
