Great Rx for oil control

Recommended Posts

Has anyone here ever used Xerac AC to control oily skin? My derm prescribed it to me on my visit last Tuesday, and it's been great. It's got some of the same chemicals as antiperspirant (which is one of its uses), but it is great at drying up and stopping oil. It's also quite cheap. A bottle of it from the pharmacy only costs $6, which is less than most over-the-counter products.

So, has anyone here ever used it? What were your experiences like? I know oil control is a big issue for a lot of people on this website. If I remember, I may take and post some before/after pictures tomorrow to show its effectiveness.

Come on, now. My derm can't be the only one in the world who's ever prescribed this Rx for oil control.

It's specifically for perspiration and oiliness. I don't think it would work at clearing acne. It's great at drying up oil, though.
