I have spent many hours reading your thoughts and I appreciate your insight. I am interested in the TCA Cross method and punch floats. Does anyone know if there are any good doctors in Wisconsin that do punch floats or excision? I have had both dermabrasion and subscision but neither worked for my ice picks. Do you go to a derm or a plastic surgeon for punch? Lastly, I now have a mild case of rosacea. Does anyone know if the TCA Cross method can be used if you have rosacea?
