Steaming

Has any one been steaming for a long time? I just wont to know what it has or has not done for your skin. Like are your pores small or big? If it does make your pores small then is head to get out blackheads? Or have you not seen any thing one way or an other.

Please let me know, I just don’t know about it, I would like to try it but I’m a little weary of doing it.

hi there, yes ive done steaming for quiet some time now. i've heard alot about it like it makes pores smaller and then some have said bigger it is confusing. i would actually like to look into it more. i have done it for around 2 months now and it really has seemed to help alot. every other day or sometimes everyday. i always apply a face mask after steaming aswell. it seems to have worked for me my skin looks alot beter. and it helps get rid of blackheads. especially around the nose area for me.

i have mild acne which was moderate a year ago. since i changed everything such as diet, cleansing routine, taking vitamins, i have added in other things such as steaming. it didnt make me break out. some people do break out it depends how much of a problem there is under lying in the skin.
