Accutane people please help

Pharmacy won't have my 20 mgs for my dose of 60 mgs of accutane until Tuesday. Should I skip taking accutane for 2 days or take 40 mgs for the two days I don't have my 20 mg pills?

A proper course of accutane should be 4-6 months, so what you do for two days will not have any effect in the long term.

One does not need two separate prescriptions in order to get 60mg a day. You can achieve this my alternating one/two 40m pills per day, which averages out to 60m/day. IOW instead of 60 pils per month (30 of each size), you would just use 45 pills of the 40mg size.

People with insurance will normally have to pay two co-pays for the two separate Rx's. If you have to pay extra for the second prescription, then you are wasting money.
