I have been drinking 3 liters of water. 1 hr before a meal, and 1 hr after a meal, so i have 3 liters a day, and i have 1 liter of prune juice after dinner

1 liter water

lunch

1 liter water

1 liter water

dinner

1 liter prune juice

so i read that prune juice will make you poo, thats good for cleaning you out. and the juice is...not great. so i am kinda drinking it as fast as i can. is it better for me to kinda drink it slow , or just gulp? what gives the best results?

I wouldn't stress too much about it. I'm sure it's fine either way.

Yeah, I usually drink 2-3 small glasses a day. I pretty much just chug it as fast as possible too haha. It seems to be getting the job done! cool.gif

Only problem with that is you're going to be on the toilet all night. eusa_doh.gif

I found that eating prunes themselves tastes better, don't really like it in juice form. Anyways, I don't see how the way you drink prune juice would make a difference as long as you aren't choking on it. wink.gif
