I have recently been taking Total EFA liquid 2 times a day. I read that this amount of EFA's are supposed to help regulate hormones. I thought that maybe my body isn't getting the proper amount of these EFA's, so I would take this. So far, I haven't noticed a difference in the past 10 days. Any comments?

FYI: There are only three fatty acids that are considered to be essential in human nutrition. All the rest are non-essential. Natural oils like fish, flax, borage, primrose, etc., contain a great many different fatty acids, of which only three are those essential ones. To refer to all such products as "EFAs" makes no sense, and is misleading.
