AUSTRALIA- Any AHA Lotion!!!???

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know where I can get Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion in western australia? Or any sites that have cheap international shipping? I looked at drugstore.com and it's going to cost me AU$57!!!! to get one bottle of the stuff shipped over here...phooey

I used to use Neutrogena Healthy Skin Lotion which has AHA's in it (though in a lower percentage to the Alphahydrox i think) but i can no longer find it over here and my skin has suffered as a result

Does anyone know of any 8-10% AHA lotions available in Australia / WA?

Hi Kat,

I recently purchased an AHA called Neostrata, from a chemist. It has 8% glycolic acid. It was a 50g container and cost $52.50, expensive I know but I too was very desperate. It is very thick & greasy but because I am also using BP my skin is getting dry.

It is made in the U.S.

Thanks sunshine, if only my bank account matched my desperation...but if this stuff is good i might just have to splurge... if you could let me know how it goes for you that would be great

I found out today that neutrogena pore refining cream contains AHAs and I'm pretty sure i saw some at Priceline the other day...maybe I'll give that a try first

You can also email neostrata for samples to try first. Their website is www.hamiltonlabs.com.au

Just email them and ask for some samples of the Neostrata range.

Hi - check out Alpha-H, their products have 10% Glycolic Acid with other soothing ingredients so your skin doesn't just get exfoliated it also gets rebuilt! :D

It's resonably priced and if you check out their website - www.alpha-h.com you can request free samples. You can also fill in the client consult card and a beautician will email you back with what you should and shouldn't be using. You can also call the number and asked to speak with the beauty therapist and she will talk you through it - NO CHARGE!.

the product is available at salons around Australia or call them and ask them :)

i use neostrata too and find it to be realy good...but again it is on the expensive side but the bottles are large and a little bit goes a long way...i have the 'ultra smoothing lotion' which i use every now and then when i think my skin needs it and i also have the fading gel, thats really an amazing product, i use it once a week and it really helps with my red and purple marks.
