I've had several scar treatments in the past, most of which have been fractional laser (Sciton Profractional and Halo). I've also had TCA cross (5 treatment sessions) and subcision with filler (Bellafill, 3 sessions). I've seen noticeable improvements in scar depth, but I would like to see more and skin texture is still a major issue. I had an appointment at a spa that offered Erbium laser, PRP injection into areas of significant scarring, and RF microneedling as treatment. The nurse there suggested that I do PRP and Erbium laser as treatment. What do you guys know about the efficacy of PRP injection? I haven't really seen anything about PRP online, except when it is combined with other treatments like microneedling?
