I constantly get cheek acne in the same spots. Even if I don™t touch them or pick at that they always scar. Sometimes they don™t even come to surface and they just look like this for long periods. Is it just on one side of your face? If so, this might not be acne. But if you get lesions on both cheeks, it could be acne. The Regimen should get it under control.
