Which cereal and milk can i eat? some places say almond milk and oat is good, some bad, recommendation?

For me cereal and milk in the morning its a must,

so if anyone could recommend me which cereal can i eat? i was having muesli at the moment, whit no added suggar etc, but i heard it not good, also having almond milk but also not good,

please any help really appreciated

Cascadian Farm Purely O's.
General Mills Wheaties.
Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Organic Whole Wheat Biscuits.
Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal.
Quaker Honey Nut Oatmeal Squares.


For milk:

Cashew milk.
Soy milk.
Almond milk.
Coconut milk.
Hemp milk.
Oat milk.
Pea milk.

no difference

i was for awhile on no dairy diet it made no difference whatsoever..now i eat whatever tf i want and have less acne than when i was on different special diets
