Day 3: I'm so RED (pictures attached)

I started acne.org 3 days ago for the first time. I've watched every Youtube video on acne.org journeys and prepared myself for the worst of dryness during week 2 - but no one ever mentioned the redness that comes with it! It's only day 3 of using the regimne and my cheeks are so red. I don't know if it's irritation or rosacea. It itches a little and I feel warm in the face sometimes. I know I always had sensitive skin, but these products were made for sensitive skin.

The true pinkness my cheeks at the moment is being washed out by the light in the room [in the photo].

Is this normal to experience? Or is my skin reacting poorly to this treatment? What's the cut off point when I know I need to discontinue this?

Redness is super normal when people start with benzoyl peroxide. It will go away and it's not rosacea. Just keep an eye on how your skin is reacting and if it gets too extreme, reduce the amount of benzoyl peroxide. But yeah, this is par for the course for the first few weeks.
