I encountered a problem with the shipping FedEx didn’t deliver my package and I disputed my case for TWO DAYS. I am so upset with the customer service of Acne.org I was so excited to try their products. Their response time is so slow and often late at night. I’m trying to get my products but they are not sending it. I’m trying to get to get a refund by Tuesday if they do not send my products. This probably will be my last time supporting. Very disappointed. The company really needs to get better customer service.
