Supplements that helped me with acne

Hey All!  I will first say that diet and nutrition is the #1 most important thing, but just wanted to share some supplements that I currently take in which I've noticed improvement in my acne breakouts. 

We all react differently to certain things so these will not have the same effect on everyone; but nevertheless I would like to share!  If this helps anyone at all, that is awesome!  I will include the brands I've taken.

1. Collagen powder: Vital proteins, NeoCell

2.  Probiotics powder/pill: Garden of Life, NOW, Culturelle

3. Turmeric powder/pill: Doctor's Best, bulk one from Costco

The most important imo are zinc and vitamin C, which I take every day. Others that I use are biotin, vitamin A, selenium, and lysine. Probiotic and tumeric are nice as well.
