Do you have a white tongue (indicative of candida). Do you have dandruff (indicative of malasezzia. If you get back to me with answers to these questions, and let me know what country you are in, I can provide advice on how to treat your fungal "acne". Fungal acne is caused by taking oral antibiotics. Have you taken antibiotics recently ??

Malasezzia and pityrosporum are the same thing.

There is a lot of rubbish on the web about diet and candida. Nonetheless, do NOT eat foods with sugar, gluten, preservatives, yeast, fermented foods, inflammatory foods (look these up on the web) or dairy products. These can exacerbate candida and malasezzia because they cause inflammation.
