Is this results true? Microneedling at home?

Recommended Posts

While anything is possible. Swelling or inflammation from microneedling treatment is causing the pores to be hidden. This is a temporary occurrence. Further swelling can happen through using products that cause reactions to the skin while microneedling - some get red puffy dermatitis (the product/material was not meant to be injected inside of the skin). Never compare others outcomes to your own, we are not your body, healing capabilities, treatment skill, overall concern - often people think they have the same scars and they do not need treatments they see (scar treatments are customized), this is why people spend thousands to see a specialist like Dr Lim for Acne Scars. IF people cannot get rid of their large pores with Dr treatments and laser is mainly used for this with only a % of improvement how could microneedling which is less effective for this condition alone. Microneedling stimulates slow building collagen over year to years time, it does not replace scarred pores.  It is used in conjunction with treatments like acid peels and tca cross to get benefits not alone. Don't buy into the post treatment swelling/inflammation hype.
