I have been having a problem for the last few months with my pores. My pores seem to be becoming really enlarged and swollen. I am currently on oxytetracycline (have been for almost a year) for acne which has cleared my skin up a lot. The only problem I have now is this. This problem comes and goes, as my face can be completely clear one day and I can wake up the next day with my face like this. I do not use any harsh cleaners on my skin so I don't believe it to be a cosmetic issue. I just want to know if anyone can give me some advice as I am losing my confidence due to this. I have also included an image of how my face looks when clear.
