I'm 20 years old and sometimes my skin will look ok but I do deal with tiny acne today I decided to put on foundation and when I toke it off my face was dry looking with redness tiny acne bumps

maybe your foundation caused the acne
have a look at the ingredients in your foundation because they may be bad for your skin
