My recommendation would be to not use AHA at all if you are unsure. If you only break out on the forehead, cleanse the entire face, apply BP to the forehead, and then moisturize the entire face. Follow the guidelines for the regimen precisely along with this and you'll find success.

What about one month after the regimen? Shouldn't I use the Aha to help with my redness and scaring? If so , do I only use it on those affected areas?
