Hi!

Since I have super dry, flakey and sensitive skin (but still acne prone) I want to try a DIY face mist that I saw on youtube.

It contains;

80% Aloe Vera https://uk.iherb.com/pr/George-s-Aloe-Vera-100-Aloe-Vera-Liquid-32-fl-oz-94-l/63758
20% Vegetable Glycerin https://uk.iherb.com/pr/Now-Foods-Solutions-Vegetable-Glycerine-16-fl-oz-473-ml/962
Vitamin E Oil 5% https://uk.iherb.com/pr/Jason-Natural-Extra-Strength-Vitamin-E-Skin-Oil-32-000-I-U-1-fl-oz-30-ml/6294
Joboba Oil 5% https://uk.iherb.com/pr/Now-Foods-Solutions-Certified-Organic-Jojoba-Oil-4-fl-oz-118-ml/900

I'm confident that the Aloe Vera won't cause any breakouts but regarding the other products, since they all contain oil I'm worried they might cause acne? Of course I could do purely Aloe Vera, but since the other ingedients seem to carry lots of benefits for dry skin I still would like their benefits (but not with the cost of acne!)

I'm extremely thankful for any input/suggestions.

If you feel that it's going to do well on your skin then try it. You won't know if the oils would cause you acne or not until you try it but to be on the safe side, always do a patch test on a small area of your skin on your face and see how it would affect it.

I agree with the above^
also because you have dry skin, I think you're less likely going to get a breakout than if you had oily skin because oils can sometimes make oily skin much worse as it just ends up clogging the skin even more..
since you have dry skin, this wouldn't be a problem for you but definitely test it out first
