I recently got these small flesh coloured bumps all over the entire left side of my face. My skin is usually extremely texturized with small bumps all over the place. However, this is the first time the bumps look so obvious and are in such a huge cluster. I have not used any new products on my face. I regularly use AHA/BHA and Differin for my acne, but the bumpiness has never gone away, and now something has triggered it to make it much worse.

It looks horrible and is really affecting my self esteem. Does anyone know what these flesh coloured bumps are? The Internet always says to exfoliate, but I've been doing that with no results .... And I have no idea what triggered it to become even worse.
