Until now, I know nothing much about this suspicious gland. There is no doubt that we have hormonal acne. Adrenal gland directly affects how hormones flush in your body. 

In the past, there is a period which I faced constant stress from my family, friends & teachers. All the bad things happened at that time (overfap, not enough sleep, poor nutrition, not enough water intake, mental taxing). Think back, it was pretty scary (yes, really scary, I feel stupid & furious when think about it. Don't know why I could survive in spite of all the adverse condition). My hypothesis is that the adrenal gland had been overload & it cannot heal til now (just hypothesis, I think to have more accurate understanting, go for a medical test is the best way).

That's why Adrenal Gland is on my watch list. I need further investigation. Dude, having sex everyday is not good. Too much taxing on your body. There is no way you could do it relentlessly without facing the acne army. There is no drug no cure can help you. Simple rule of thumb: excessive (everything) is always bad. Too little or too many is a surefire way to hell.

No fucking way. I have acne on my forehead and left cheek, no wounder why my diet wasn't working , fuck man. I kinda figured masturbating had to do something with my acne and health in general.

Yes i agree @shmilyM, excessive sex could be bad too. But i would just want to be sure that i if do it alot in a particular day.with any girl, i wont be stressed about the acne...

But i agree, balance is everything. I think thats why i didnt gave acne in the past, balance. Only masturbated twice or three times in a week or less. If i had sex on the weekend, i did not really fap during the week so i was not over ejaculating.

Also, Ill go check out that thread as i dont really understand the exact function of the adrenak gland and its link wuth acne.

I just read the arricle regarding vitamin C and adrenal gland. I always eat massive ammounts of vitamin C with fruits and vegetables, no wonder i dont have oily skin and my skin is so dry.. Lol :P. You know what? It always seem that the answer for everything regarding acne is always : eat more fruits and vegetables.. So you should try that if you think you have a problem with adrenal flands. Nothing balances hormones like a diet rich in fruits and veggies, try to eat a little bit more... ;)

hey I also wanted to let you know I'm o+. Right now I'm avoiding all grains since I know wheat/gluten gives me acne . Rice and oats I still questionable but I know when I started to eat more grains my acne went in the wrong direction. So my suspect grains and stroking one off gives me acne. Since all I eat is veg, fruits,eggs, meats (Turkey,chicken, salmon) but not often since I can't afford it but they don't break me out thank god since I do workout also I eat alot of olive oil and grapeseed oil. But acne gets worse when I masturbate alot or eat alot of grains but lol I need to get bigger  Edited by KenHarrison

Great source of vitamin C: Citrus Foods 
I have read the thread. Still suspect the efficacy of vitamin C. 

I remember sometimes ago, I eat mandarin (Tangerine), acne appeared. I was sure it is the cause. But orange did not (hilarious).  Another times, I woke up, and squeeze a lemon to my 600 ML glass of water. Drank them for a week. Very very big acne came up (on the temple area. Yes very big). 

So basically, one more option added to the watch list. Just the remember avoid ascorbic acid since you can not absorb much from it.

The highest rating one (come with high price)
The affordable one (reasonable price)

P.S. Just eat a part of grapefruit (Pomelo/Pummelo) last evening (after dinner). I can not sleep well. Feel hot & active @@ may be I should not eat citrus food in the evening anymore.

@KenHarrison, your diet seems to be pretty good. However, ill recommend you to cut out animal products, as modern meatsand eggs are very bad quality and inflammstory.

Also, if you eat/drink dairy, STOP COMPLETELY. Dairy is the worse thibg for acne. Animal products in general are not good for acne, because of the hormones in them and since acne is most of the times a hormonal problem... You get the reason.

Finally, if you have problems with grains (like me), try sweet potatoes, which is a acne-friendly starch (carbs), very anti inflammatory, full of minerals and vitaminerals. Go check that out :http://supernaturalacnetreatment.com/can-sweet-potatoes-clear-acne/


Also regarding masturbation, does it need to be excessive to give you acne? (this is my problem) or do you have the same problem as my bro @shmilyM, which is getting acne everytime you ejaculate?


@shmilyM , man dont buy that useless supplement. If i remember correctly what is your diet,You eat healthy enough to have very good vitamin C levels so dont worry. But if you just wanna be sure, the best source of vitamin C is from kale (vegetable). Regarding citrus fruits, its funny you mention those, because i actually cut them out a few days ago. I seemed to get allergic reactions (redness, weird rashes and probably acne) from them (not sure). 

Regarding lemon water, MAN SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME, MY ACNE GOT WORSE, SO I SAID FUCK THAT AND I STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.

i think the smart cure for acne is not trying magical cures but rather life a smart lifestyle:

1.having an anti-inflammstory diet rich in fruits and vegetables and sweet potatoes (carb rich food and acne friendly :D), alsomaybe quinoa which is an anti inflammatory grains.

1.5: Juice a good variety of vegetables (carrots are very good) and also fruits.

2. Balacing hormones by not ejaculating more that 1 and 2 times per week.

3. Avoiding skin irritation and anything that touches your face except water. Also wash dirty pillows or if youre lazy like me, put a clean shirt on it (works for me)

Also, @shmilyM, i know you really like your cleanser and toner, bit have you ever wondered if they could make your acne worse? Ive read insane amounts of people that stopped putting any products on their faces and it got mich much better. Alot og people even got clear from it.. Yeah, I hate the fact that lemon breaks me out. I tried it because I heard that lemon + 600 ML water acts like a natural detoxifier (plus honey too). Sadly, thing does not work out with me. 

Also, no cleanser or toner means hell to me. My face becomes super oily after a night or a day. Pimples certainly appears if I do not wash my face. And I need toner to balance pH after cleanser washes out all the things. I use to try your suggestion long time ago. No works either.

I suggest supplements because we are not like the ordinary people (they can eat junk food, fap as much as they want without breaking out), we need more nutrients than them to offset & counter the acne effect. If you eat & live like the normal, then how come acne still appears? Furthermore, I know a good diet is important, but think about how much vitamin C you have in an orange? Say if your body needs 100 units, orange can supply you with only 10-20 units. That means you have to eat 5-10 oranges. Supplements can do it for you. With just one take. That's why bodybuiders, male models have to use whey protein & tons of other things.

I agree that we need far nutrients than the aversge population, but it is actually so easy to get way more nutrients than needed while eating a diet rich in fruits and veggies.

I also find it weird your analogy with oranges, as actually one orange gives 100% of the recommended intake for vitamin C.. :P kale gives about 200%. Also one carrot is 100% of vit A, i juice 6 carrots per day (2 glasses)..

So as you can see supplementing for vitamins is useless if you eat alot of fruits/veggies. Also what i dont like about vit supp'ements is that their absorption rates is so shit its basically money thrown ik the garbage. 


I agree on one thing tho, supplementing with zinc is essential. There may be other minerals that could be important to supplement too, but the only mineral i can think of for acne other than zinc, is selenium. 100% of the recommanded for a day us contained in... Only 1 small nut (useless to supplement then).

So you can see now how its easyto get most nutrients (except zinc) out of a good diet.

i dont wanna start a debate but sadly, 90% of the supplement industry is a scam and is a affiliated with pharma industry... They tell everyone that they can live a shitty ligestyle without getting sick because they take supplement. Bullcrap. 


But as i said, i agree that a high quality zinc supplement is essential. I'm going to personnally buy a very high quality zinc supplement with the form that has the best absorption rate, i think its called picloinate or sonething like that ill inform you later.

I'll take your advice on cutting back /out on eggs. Also I don't consume dairy lol. Ill try sweet potatoes hopefully it does not effect my acne. Plus for some reason sometimes when I ejaculate I'll get a spot the next day but sometimes it will takes a couple of days to show up. I got that type of acne that builds up over time in my pores from doing it to often or eating grains.

Blackmores Bio Zinc, it includes Zinc, Vitamin A, Magnesium, Mangan, B6. A fairly high price (but still reasonable). I currently use this one.

Optimum Nutrition ZMA, made in USA, lower price than the former but still high quality. 

Let me know your alternatives.

Guess we have to write a food log. What causes pimples, what not. Everybody is different, though salmon is somewhat weird if it causes acne. Maybe it is the oil in smoked salmon recipe that is the evil. Try different salmon recipe to see how your body react. 
P.S. I once tried to fap but control myself so that I don't ejaculate.  Guess what, there are still one or two (small whitehead) pimples appear. The consequence is not as bad as ejaculation (but still have). I don't experience redness, acne flare-ups, tired, drowsiness, feel hot all day. So I guess it must be the rise of hormone level.

Yes i agree, i also alot of cashews the day before with the salmon, so i'll cut the two to be sure.

Also regsrding salmon i think its just becsuse processed fish nowaday is full of toxins and chemicals and antibiotics.

Anyway i'm back to raw food diet with cooked sweet potatoes in the evening.

Regarding hormones, yes just the horniness and excitement can givee you acne. If the liver cant get rid of all these hormobes through the blood and lymph system correctly, it just sends them to the skin and they fuck up the oil glands, hence the acne.




EDIT: damn my skin looks good today. The little whiteheads i told you about that popped are all dried out. Guys, all those fruits, vegetables, juices and sweet potatoes i'm eating do wonders for healing. If i get a pimple one day, its dried out the other day. I'm telling you eat more fruits and vegetables my friends!!!

Also regarding about redness after masturbation orgasm, Its called SEX FLUSH, its just an increased blood flow to a certain area while having sex or masturbating and its healthy and not dangerous. I use to get redness all over my chest while masturbating alot before. Like 2 or 3 orgasms in a row or also after sex.

Also yesterday i masturbated one time because i was really horny. I had a sex flush on the cheeks and too be fairit looked nice. It gives color like i just did a heavy sport session so its not that bad. When i told you that i hate my redness on my forehead a few posts earlier, it wasnt the same thing. It looked really inflammed, contrary to the sex flush redness that gave me nice colored cheeks.


As told you before, i have a porn addiction and i need to get rid of that. If im toi horny one day and i decide to not masturbate one day, im gonna watch porn, its inevitable. So first i need to get rid of the association between porn and horninness and masturbation by masturbating whithout it. Then, i can cut masturbation completely

but, i'm still cutting masturbation to 2 times a week max.

Not about fap thing, just a quick update of an unusual thing.

Last week and this week, I ate 2 grapefruits (Asia's type, big, 1.4  or 2 kg each) & some oranges. But until now have I noticed the effect of overdosing vitamin C. Last 2 nights, I could not sleep well due to the burning sensation inside. My body temperature rose slightly. This morning, I have to stand & run & cold shower & drink a lot of water to lower the burning sensation (could not work). My excess oil production is still the same (not anything noticeable). I am overly active now. I am sure that tonight will be a long night too. 

I will stop eating grapefruits, orange for a while....

Nearly 2 week after my latest fap session. I think it takes me about 12 days for my oil production comes back to its normal level (but still oily though). In the past several months of last year, I fap once a week, did not take Zinc, and not drink enough water + slept late. No wonder why acne invaded my face in the amount like human population. 

Yesterday, I ate some bad stuffs, snacks of my little sister. Really delicious. But not good for health. 

I have 3,4 pimples pop up. 1 big on temple position. 2 on right & left upper cheek. Some olds still left the marks which make me irritable everytime I look in the mirror. But I don't know why the right face always has more acne than the left. I wash my hand regularly, do not touch face with hand & clean my phone weekly.

Nothing new. Probiotics has arrived. Gonna try it now.

Lunch and dinner usually contain meat, eggs, salads, and whole meal breads and pasta. Yes I still have pasta but a max of 50grams of brown pasta at a time covered in meat sauce with mushrooms and carrots etc... I am italian i need pasta! lol
Every meal had a portion of vegetables now which is a massive change for me, but boy its worth it for health and good skin! Now this is helping to not only survive but thrive. 

Get this, over the years people have said I looked much older because my skin has been a right mess of super oilyness, bloating , rosacea, puffyness, and non existant exfoliation. Now I went to a party and two seperate women thought I was 20 and 22!! lool I'm 32. So seriously I wish I knew all of this years ago, you want to stay young and reverse those signs of ageing? Well its free and its called healthy living with an abundance of detox and nourishing nutrients. :)

If I help just one person then this short blog has been worth it indeed!

You can do it bro, i found a trick that works every time: DISTRACT YOURSELF, NEVER BE ALONE. My friend slept in my room for the past few days and because of that fapping was not an option, now guess what, day 7 :D


however,I slept very late for the past 4 days because as i said my friend went sleeping in at my appartement ever since i arrived and guess what... The healing of my skin is much slower.. Also on top of that i only slept like 5-6 hours per night these 4 days even tho i went to bed at 4-5 am..

SLEEP IS CRUCIAL FOR HEALING AND REGENERATION OF SKIN CELLS. My friend is leaving tommorow sor for the next days ill sleep earlier and see how my skin heals.

The trick here is to use magnesium to make you fall asleep easier, and sleep sooner so you don't have a chance to fap.
 
My Zinc supplement includes a small amount of Magnesium. No wonder why I always feel sleepy after taking it (though in the morning). I am better awake at evening. Today, I tweak the routine a little bit. Taking Zinc in the evening with dinner. Gotta be sure that after typing these lines, reading a romance fiction, turning off the light, I will sleep like dead. But I don't prefer taking Zinc at later time in day due to psyllium husk absorption (I take it every night).

If you can, take it to the next level, sleep at 10:00 PM : )) I guarantee a baby skin (but not possible to me, I have to do some assignments and works).

Good idea. Overcompensate sleep debt & wake up fully refresh. Worth to try. 9:00 PM is more realistic. Friday, Saturday, even Sunday.

New week is about to start. Stay strong guys.
