I am in DIRE need of recommendations. I am a true believer in the comedogenic scale, however, I have found about 4 scales, and some have additional information than others. To be frank, I have literally checked out hundreds of products' ingredients...every single ingredient, for hundreds of products, against these scales, to find anything that literally has zero comedogenic ingredients. I also learned than many ingredient names have other more technical names for the chemical, that eventually are comedogenic, but are not at first glance. I am tired of this.
Anyway, not to digress about other clogging issues...let's focus on my face. Ineed to find a cleanser and moisturizer and/or SPFthat istrulynon-comedogenic.Not even 1 ingredients with a level 1 rating. I suffer from skin picking and as long as I have these heavy clogs, I have a hard time stopping picking. it' feels gross to me. Can anyone recommend a cleanser and moisturizer and/or SPF?? I am using pure honey to wash, but it doesn't remove my makeup well enough.
My doctor recommended the CeraVe cleanser and moisturizer and I have acne prone skin and they seem to be working incredibly well Olay also has one with SPF in it. The brand "First Aid Beauty" also makes some amazing moisturizers so I would look those up as well. But the first two i mentioned are much more affordable.
according to cosdna, simple refreshing face wash isnt comedogenic http://cosdna.com/eng/cosmetic_fb75173702.html
neither is ivory bar soap, though that might be too harsh.

I think Lush products might be your holy grail here! They specialize in natural, organic and vegan skin care products. Angels on bare skin is an amazing cleanser and completely non comedogenic. You can also find some amazing moisturizers on their website. Good luck!
You can check out the full list of it's ingredients here:

Thanks I will look into these. I use a couple sites. Here they are:

COSDNA is helpful but not all inclusive unfortunately 🙁

I have looked up many products for lush - I was hopeful but unfortunately, they use a lot of oils. I have tried OCM and got huge cysts and it ruined my skin for well over 6 months, probably over a year to try to clear them up. Now I AM PETRIFIED of any oils. I tried hemp, and castor. In the angels on care skin, it contains almonds crushed up = which have almond oil, which is comedogenic. I am trying to find something oil free on there and can't. Thanks for your suggestions!
Bless you! I've been wanting to ask this exact question.
I need a moisturiser with SPF30 that won't get greasy or break me out.
I've heard good things about DML but never tried it.
Anybody know?

SIBI products have never broken me out, ever. They are a bit expensive but sea buckthorn oil is great for acne& rosacea. I've tried the wash, moisturiser and serum.
Dr Hauschka products from Germany are nice too, the cleanser and normalizing facial oil I've tried.
I sometimes use just plain, ground up oatmeal as a wash/ mild scrub, it leaves skin soft.
I don't really know if I'm down with your comedogenic scale obsession. If I would've believed in that scale, I would've never used coconut oil to change my face to the best its ever been; and it has a rating of 4!!!!!
However, try this product. It's all organic and when I actually start investing in natural spf will be buying the link below. Apparently they can claim its reaction free because they've done tons of sensitivity tests.
I love Neutrogena products. I have always used them with no problem. Lush is great too, but they are just sooo expensive. Like almost $50 for this little tube of moisturizer, compared to one from Nuetrogena which is like $10! So I usually only buy face masks and little pamper items from them to treat myself.
I love hemp seed oil for makeup removal, it is 0 on the comedogenic scale, won't clog your pores. I use pure clay (Moroccan red clay is the best for acne-prone skin) to wash the excess oil off. If I feel the skin is too oily, I use a witch hazel toner. For 'moisturizer' I use a few drops of oil, grapeseed grapefruit (for oily/acne prone skin) and black cumin + cajeput (for pimples), brand: Odacite.
