I just recently started to get small little pimples here and there around my scalp and at times Some fair sized ones the size of an eraser off a pencil maybe a bit smaller if not the same. I had one 3 weeks ago and that one was sore I want to know how to treat them I'm scared of getting bald spots on my scalp due to this.
