I notice my face has patches(in colour red) developing on my face and I can feel that the skin is so dry, as well as there's bumps on my face(the surface of my face is not smooth. These are happening on my cheeks and chin areas which both areas had perfectly smooth and those are not problem areas.
What does it indicate? Should I stop using the regimen on my cheeks and chin areas? Or it's normal and it's a phase that everyone else goes through as well? If I feel like it's too dry, can I put on sheet mask/serum after cleansing and then put on the moisturizer from the regimen?

how long have you been on the regimen?
for me if I use a bit too much and get red I skip the next application. Also my cheeks are more sensitive than the rest of my face so I apply less BP to those areas to reduce redness. As for flakiness, I still suffer from that, haven't quite figured out a remedy.

I am looking for a remedy for the flakiness too. Just incorporated AHA and have been on the regimen 7 weeks.
