Please help me!!

I have been suffering with small spots and larger boil type things on the back of my neck and lower head. I also have one behind my ear, which if rubbed smells really bad. These things can come and go, but never stay away for a long period of time.

I have no idea what has caused them. The larger ones sometime burst and are extremely painful at times, and the small ones are just irritating.

Can anyone advise?

I really am starting to lose the plot with them as its embarrassing me when i'm talking to females (I'm single) and its blown the little confidence i had.
