If you're just trying to decrease your sebum production through supplements, the only things that really help are vitamin A, zinc, vitamin b5, and for some people vitamin C.
My nose area can get a bit oily at times...the dosage that works for me is DAILY: 10,000 IU vitamin A, 1000mg vitamin b5, 1000mg vitamin C. I don't use zinc anymore because I get tons of zinc in my diet.
Cutting out dairy and sugar can also help a lot...not just because it's "healthy" but because dairy and sugar specifically trigger a hormonal chain that increases sebum.
