Can someone tell me how to search someone's posts back from 2009? I"m curious about a user Mrs.X or MrsX and her experience with steroid-induced rosacea but search options are very limited.
Complete a search of "MrsX" and then your post should appear. Click on 'advanced search' (yellow button) and more detailed options will appear, such as search members, or include author etc.
