Hi guys! I'm new here but have been considering joining for a while. I'm a teenager and I'm struggling with acne? Or if it is acne, it's definitely a strange kind. I have these white bumps all over my forehead and my nose that never go away. I've tried everything: from acne medication to eating healthy, but nothing works. Is this acne, or is it some kind of rash?

sounds like closed comedones, which are basically clogged pores, if they are not inflamed or hurt it's probably the case.
they can be pretty pesky and hard to get rid of, but using a salicylic acid based scrub daily (i recommend either neutrogena or garnier brands), not too harshly, will provide you with results in a matter of weeks.
