Everyone says to cleanse 'gently' and not use too much pressure, but how much, exactly, is too much? Should I glide my fingers with almost zero pressure? If someone can clear this up for me it'd be much appreciated!
I have very sensitive skin so barely any rubbing at all is what works for me. I also find that excessive rinsing caused problems too. Hot and cold water should be avoided too.
