My Improvements

In each picture the left side was taken on feb 26 2014 right side is today may 24 2014.

I wash my face with regular cleanser every morning and night. Other than that I have not used a consistent treatment. One week I would apply vitamin e oil after washing my face at night. Then I would get frustrated and the next week I would use the proactive plus skin purifying mask. A different week I would use tretinoin cream a prescribed medication.

I cannot tell you what treatment made my skin improve in over 3 months but the biggest factor that I know improved my skin was my lifestyle. Before feb 26 I would wake up at 7 go to school get out at 3:30 go to work at 4 get out at 11 go home eat shower and still do homework. I would finally go to sleep at 12:30 maybe 1. I didn't get enough sleep didn't eat right at work. Because of all of this I was very stressed out. I quit my job days later. Ate right slept enough and drank more water. And over time my skin has improved.

So eat right, sleep right, drink a lot of water, and decrease your amount of stress.

Make sure to take pictures. Just today I thought my skin was awful until I compared them with the old pictures.
