If you do go out for longer than 5 minutes, It would be extremely wise to invest in a 15-30 SPF Sunscreen that wont clog your pores. Speaking out of experience when going into the sun with BP cream already applied you increase your chance of producing harmful free radicals and pre mature aging (Wrinkles, fine-lines ex.)

You need to use a sunscreen. Direct sun contact for 15-30mins will burn the skin. Wear a hat if you don't want to put sunscreen.

i went out without sunscreen a few times. No more than 15 minutes i believe. And i have a few new, thankfully small moles. And it's winter sun. I use b.p. only at night..

I would definitely try to avoid the sun at all cost. Do not sunbath with BP

I guess that depends. How bad is your acne? And what type of acne do you have? If you're prone to cystic acne, then I would advise you to not stop the treatment at any cost.

Yes, with BP Cream to suddenly come off of it could cause an initial breakout. If your considering coming off for the holiday maybe just adjust your skin to once a day (provided your applying it twice a day)
