Eating question

I have a wedding to go to this Sunday and would like to be as clear as possible (I actually always do, but...you know what I mean). Anyway, I don't want to do a full-scale fast, but I was wondering if eating less (as in less in amount and less frequently) will help heal a few popped zits that I have?

I'm not sure if it will help them heal faster but it might prevent you from breaking out. The few times I have gone without a lot of food (because of a busy schedule) my skin was notably clearer.

I don't think is a healthy solution however!!!
