Definitely have too much stress around us
I definitely have a lot of stress.
A lot of animals have stress too. Like the stress of being eaten by a predator, or freezing, or overheating, or dehydrating.
Yea but aren't those stresses worsened by the mind (animals do not think like us humans).
And besides, I don't think animals are chronically stressed from being eaten be a predator, freezing, overheating or dehydrating; chronic being the key word
is that even possible?or doable?
i mean in the world where people can reach mars or follow stephen hawking..is sitting or walking around stress free possible on our part?
changing diet or lifestyle is another chapter..for that doesnt interfere in human progress or lets just call it 'life' !
but to just quit everything and live like an animal ...no ambition, nothing to achieve..no excitement,no path to follow..nothing at all!
Primates eat throughout the day. Lots of snacking = less blood sugar spiking. Of course, being humans, we likely hunted and had large meat meals a few times a week. But meat isn't going to do much to spike your blood sugar
wrong. Too much protein turns into sugar. The meat that humans were eating was most likely fatty meats, with little protein.
