69% 28% 98% 162% 107% 100% 152%
According to the chart i have more carb,protein, and sodium that optimum.
here's my diet chart..please suggest what i should add or omit in order to do better.

p.s i have the lemon water which has potassium they say.so that is said to lower sodium content.ALSO CINNAMON FOR 2-3 DAYS NOW.
p.s : i'm not fat.infact gaining a lil' weight wont be a bad idea either.
i'm so upset about the fact that most of my posts go unanswered.
it's utter desperation and need for some support & help that makes me write a post.
and even after waiting for days..and visiting the page every other moment even after 'no notification' on it..i see no replies at all.
