Please Help (Questions Inside)

Alright, in a thread I posted in the Mild/Moderate acne forum, you can see pics of how my acne is. A few people recommended definitely cleaning up my diet. The past 4 days all I have eaten is: Oranges, like 2 pears, 3 bowls of oatmeal, 2 servings of scrambled eggs (3 eggs per serving) with some pepper, 2 salads (1 with chicken on top), and I've drinken only water and a glass of orange juice. No vitamins or anything. Is this good? Is this healthy to keep doing for a month? Will this diet clear my red marks (shown on pics in my thread on other forum)? I feel really hungry & it's sooo hard not to eat chips, cookies, etc. when it's pretty much all that's in my home.
