Hey everyone since vitamin a is suuuuper good for skin and i have cut out carrots ( because of glycemic index ) i wonder what else is good source of vitamin a food?
I only eat this with vitamin a i guess:

Red bell peppers
Brocolli
Cod Liver Oil
Liver
Spinach
Bok Choy
Squash
Kale (a lot of the greens, really)
Carrots

Sweet Potato - If you're worried about the GI, I've heard that they can actually help control blood sugar. If you get the purple kind, the anthocyanins in it actually make it so there is less of a rise in blood sugar post meal. But they are kinda hard to find.
