Oily Skin.. Diet?

I've been avoiding all sorts of junk food and greasy food, cut out dairy as I read it can cause serious breakouts, been eating a looot healthier just basically chicken, vegetables, and fruit daily but the issue is I'm still having problems with oily skin and.. I'm very thin, I look badly underweight now and I don't know how to keep a solid, healthy looking weight while still eating healthy and avoiding junk :/ I wash my face 4 times a day, once in the morning with Noxzema pads, twice throughout the day with water and once before bed with a moisturizer and one pad

I have the same issue! I'm underweight and a vegetarian plus I actually like eating healthy which is weird for a 14 year old haha, but there is stuff thats high in calories but still healthy, I eat a lot of nuts and seeds and sometimes whole wheat bread, and if your skin is oily don't over wash! if its just rinsing of with water thats okay but i would try using blotting sheets instead and a gentle face wash with moisturizer day and night just make sure its oil free and non-comedogenic (won't clog your pores).
