I prefer to get my vitamins and minerals from foods and not supplements because I think its way better for the body but thats just me.

My parents bought me the wrong green tea that contained soy lecithin. I didn't want to waste it so I decided to try it. I used them for about a week ( twice a day) and I broke out fairly bad. I got about 4 pimples on my temples which I rarely broke out there and they were pustules which I rarely get. So I'm almost sure it was the Soy lecithin.
