what kind of supplements should I take?

So I'm an 18 year old male and im about to go off to college in a couple weeks. ive had mild/moderate acne since 8th grade and its definitively caused by playing sports and working out and I guess lack of sleep to. What kind of supplements do you all think I should buy just to help keep my face relatively clear when im in college.

Evening primrose oil: Take 1000 to 1500mg twice a day.

Zinc citrate: Take 30 mg a day.

Vitamin A: Take 25000 IU a day.

Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols, not alpha tocopherol): Take 400 IU a day.

Also take Fish oil (omega 3).

I personally take the Ultra Omega which is omega 3/6/9.

I have also heard turmeric is good for you.

i was just going to make such a post regarding "essential" vitamins-the must have for prevention and to help heal existing ones but more so prevention.

To me it doesnt make since to take loads of everything that everyone says is good. Multivitamins are convenient but not efficient imo.

TO me a list of 5 or so would be just.

i'd say vitamin A, E, maybe D?(people like me in 4 seasonal climate and a inside job) Omega 3's and after that i dont know....

Zinc is good.
