Never been so confused about the acne diet link

So I have a derm appointment tomorrow (asking for roaccutane)

I always break out from dairy so I thought I'd have some so I break out a bit for my appointment.

For the past week, I've been eating LOADS of yoghurt and a reasonable amount of organic whole-milk

My skin has been better since than it has in the last 4 weeks :\

So confused. Now I have a derm appointmen and don't have any nodules :think:

Because our bodies don't work that fast. A couple months from now you might break out horribly and wonder wtf is going on.

Uh.. generally speaking, when people say that food breaks them out, the food itself takes no more than about a week to cause the acne, but will take 1-2 or more months to see LESS acne once the food is omitted.

Yup, this is true. Acne usually takes about 3 days to form. (Cystic acne takes less time I believe.)
