Wow dude, your acne almost looks exactly like mines, and i'm 16 too!

But, mines is more towards the mid/lower end of each cheek, and I have way less on my right(just like 1 or 2 big ones) and more on my left.

I went to the doctors yesterday and she prescribed me a cream and antibiotic. The cream is called tazarac and the antibiotic is called minocycline. I can't judge them yet(besides the fact that they'll dry the balls of your skin without moisturizer) because i've only used them once, but I like that they're the only things i need to use. Take on pill once in the afternoon with a meal and a full glass of water, and use the cream after washing your face with soap(i was recommended Dove and that's what i use)

PS. my Healcare plan sucks so the cream was like 166$. the pills were only 15$. Just a heads up ;]

For your redmarks..scars, try using mederma its like 20 bucks but it works.(gotta be consistent with it though). As an athletic you sweat a lot so make sure you wash your face after practice/workout and replenish your body with lots of water. Go to the derm and as for antibiotics and a topical cream. For the time being use salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.
