Does skin changes permanently after accutane?

I want to know, from post accutanes, do you think that your skin doesnt heal like it did prior accutane? and that it will not change? Is your skin more prone to scarring after accutane course (i'm not talking about famos 6 months after course). (mine is in frozen state, and doesnt heal at all!)

I've been off accutane for about 3 years or a bit more, and my face went back to normal about 3-5 months after my last pill if I recall, and a bit of oil came back but no acne

To be fair, it depends greatly on individuals skin type as well as alittle bit of luck.
