Blueberries are amazing for acne topically as well as internally (plus very high in antioxidants). Anything raw should be good. Avoid milk and dairy. Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables. They are healthy for you anyways even if you have no difference to your acne. Also make sure to drink plenty of water.

^Yes, please visit the thread that was pinned there for a very good reason.

That said, low glycemic impact meals consisting of lots of real, colorful, whole nutrient dense plant foods and fish are what most of your diet should consist of. And if you want to be even more specific, I'd say greens/brassicas, berries and fatty fish are the most beneficial.
