Hi everyone,

I wanted to try a nutmeg mask for my cystic acne.

1 tbsp of ground nutmeg mixed with 1/2 tsp of milk.

OR

1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg mixed with 1/2 tsp of honey.

Has anyone else tried this? If so, what was your recipe and did it work for you?

Sorry about that, Wynne. Thanks for the reply, Ashley. I know that a concentrated paste does burn a lot and is very drying so maybe I will try a more dilute mixture for a face mask. I will test this on a small patch first though, thanks for the tip.
