Please answer these three questions!

1) How much fish oil (mg) are you taking daily?

2) How much Omega 3 Fatty Acids (mg) are you taking daily? Specify if you're taking EPA or DHA... maybe it's both.

3) Do you feel the Omega 3 Fatty Acids are helping your acne?

I think my soft gels are 1200mg or something, and I take 3 a day. It's actually a blend of 3, 6, and 9. Its fish oil, evening primrose oil and something else, I forget, and my bottle is downstairs.

I didn't find Omega 3 to really HELP acne, but it doesn't do anything bad for it. It really helps your bowels if you have problems there. It's great if you wake up stiff and stuff too, but personally, no difference either way with the acne. There is plenty of information on Fish Oil and Omega 3 supplements on the forum, under Holistic/Nutritional Health forum. Check it out. Also there is review pages for each.
